To the one who thinks safety is about enforcement and power, the self-appointed cop with an iPad. I’m here to challenge you. Because safety isn’t about policing rules, it’s about leadership. The kind of leadership that earns trust, garners respect, and creates buy-in, ownership, and accountability. The safety team plays a vital role in this.
